Sappi offers a one-year Information Security internship opportunity for recent graduates. This program provides hands-on, practical experience in cybersecurity principles under the guidance of skilled mentors, supporting candidates in transitioning smoothly into the professional world.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyse and provide solutions to hardware and software technical problems
• Assist in the implementation of computer equipment and upgrades
• Provide service and maintenance of computers and network equipment
• Assist and attend to IT service desk queries within defined service level standards

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric qualification
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• No prior experience required
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
